This role will pay an hourly wage of $17.00

This role will temporarily be located in either Los Angeles or Philadelphia. - Work closely with directories editor on all tasks related to Pollstar Directory production and database accuracy
- Maintaining, updating and preserving the integrity of our various contact databases
- Heavy data entry with importance on accuracy
- Outreach to Pollstar Directory reporters through Pollstar’s Directory Update Email System
- Reconciliation of reporting conflicts on artists, companies, job positions
- Identification and removal of duplicate records
- Review industry websites (ROSTR, Billboard, MusicRow, Daily Pulse etc...) for any contact information that would impact the database
- Customer service via phone and (primarily) email
- Researching new and existing listings and artists for accuracy
- Work closely with marketing liaison to ensure accuracy on industry/award/event contact lists
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
