Reservation Sales and Guest Services Agent
Exciting hospitality industry opportunity for positive, friendly, outgoing personality in a smaller family-run business with real potential for career growth.

• Quality engaging and professional communication skills across multiple communication streams, including phone, text/message boards, and email.
• Hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Place and receive calls to and from guests, potential guests, and property owners and vendors.
• Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Gmail, CRM, hotel management software, etc.
• Place and manage reservations and dates of stay for short-term vacation rentals.
• Manage guest and tenant property maintenance calls and route information accordingly.'
• We currently do not allow new hires to work remotely.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently operating with no guests being allowed in the building. Masks are suggested inside the building unless you are in a closed office or on the phone with guests. All new hires must be fully vaccinated.
