Job Description: Residential Auditor

Regular Full-time Position

The Residential Auditor will have skills and experience sufficient to identify and correct deficiencies in Residential Documentation and Clinical Documentation areas. (Residential Daily Progress Notes, Client Debriefings, Incident Reporting, Client Grievances, Clinical Progress Notes, Treatment Plan Updates, Assessment Updates, etc.)

The Residential Auditor will be responsible for programs, policies, and practices to ensure that documentation is in compliance with policy and procedure and program practices. Accountability: The Residential Auditor shall be accountable to the Vice President of Client Services. Essential Duties: Auditing and Monitoring Residential Documentation and Clinical Documentation, ensuring completion of all required documentation, and communication with necessary personnel to ensure responsibilities are met.

The Residential Auditor will: Monitor residential and clinical documentation and complete it in the required timeframes in accordance with policy and procedure. Report to the Vice President of Client Services/Administrator on a regular basis to review progress on documentation and assist with establishing improvement plans. Communicates corrective action plans with documentation deficiencies to the Vice President of Client Services/Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
