We are excited to offer our new in-house model of Rehab at Twin Lakes Rehab and Healthcare Center! Currently, we are adding a PRN Respiratory Therapist to our valuable team of therapists.

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist:

• Experience with long term care residents with tracheostomy and vent experience
• Long term care experience
• Trach experience
• Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Available for Weekdays/weekends
• Be available to work holidays when scheduled
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
• COVID-19 Vaccine Required
