As a RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER ("RGM"), you are the leader of the team, establish the tone of the work environment, and the level of customer hospitality. You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include: finding, hiring and developing employees; conducting new hire orientation and developing the training plan for each new hire; scheduling and deploying the team correctly; addressing performance issues; assisting in the resolution of customer issues; and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

- High School Diploma or GED preferred

- 2+ years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility

- Must have the legal right to work in the United States, and be at least 21 years old

- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours and days of the week. While RGMs are expected to work at least 45 hours/week, we do not want RGMs working more than 55 hours/week

- Must pass a food handler's certification and background check criteria

- Must maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

- Must be able to: tolerate standing for up to 10 hours per shift; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently lift/carry up to 30 lbs; occasionally stoop, bend, reach, grasp, climb, and work on ladders; repetitively use both hands and feet; and move around in small spaces and across floors that may be slippery at times.

Starting Pay

- Earn up to $80,000/year base salary, depending on experience and restaurant sales volume.

- Performance bonus of up to $10,400 per year, or up to $800/month.
