Retail Manager – Tempe, AZ
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building sales and creating and enjoyable guest experience
- Interviewing, staff development, completing performance based schedules, managing labor
- Product placement and product accountability
- Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff, commitment to a “Do Whatever it Takes” attitude and a hands-on, lead by example management style
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager with a total of 5 years’ experience in a high volume retail operation
- Specialty retail background with experience in merchandising softlines and hardlines
- Ability to direct multiple employees to drive sales
- Display a positive and team player attitude
- Possess excellent communication skills and be analytical and detail oriented
- Stable and progressive work history, Strong work ethic
