Our store carries fashion that is adorable and affordable. Plethora has new and updated inventory that is always evolving and changing. We have offer unique fashions, home decor, accessories, jewelry, gifts, baby items and more! We are searching for an out-going, creative, can-do attitude team member who is experienced in retail sales.

We’re searching for a reliable Retail Sales Associate with an out-going, creative, honest, can-do attitude team member who is experienced in retail sales. We need someone to provide our shoppers with kind, fun and personal customer service to help them find what they need. They will be responsible for helping customers find the right products, offering guidance and answering questions.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you must help sales team succeed by ensuring customers are satisfied. We want to see a passion for customer service and sales. Your goal will be to maximize sales, profits and customer loyalty through selling our unique products and providing excellent customer service in a fun environment.

Candidates must be available weekends Saturday 10-6 and Sundays 11-4 as well as Fridays and/or weekday evenings during the holiday season. Our store hours are Monday through Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-4. Plethora needs you to be experienced and confident in working a cash register/point of sale system and caring for our unique store and treasured customers.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
