Steinhafels is currently recruiting for an associate to work in our furniture backroom at our Menomonee Falls store. This position has the overall responsibility for moving furniture to the showroom floor as well as unboxing, assembling, and re-boxing a wide variety of furniture.
Primary Duties Include: Accurate and proper construction of furniture, frequent lifting, carrying and pushing/pulling of furniture, assisting customer with merchandise pick up, and maintaining accurate inventory.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to use various power tools for assembly purposes. Good attendance and punctuality required. Must be able to pass physical lift test prior to employment. Weekends and evenings would be required for this position.
