- Diagnose and repair minor issues (light not functioning, clearance issues, etc.)
- Set and meet reasonable deadlines for the completed product
- Keep a tidy work space

- Experience rigging various outboards (Yamaha, Mercury, Tohatsu, Evinrude)
- Knowledge of various tools and power tools (Basic hand tools, jig saws, grinders, etc.)
- Knowledge of 12-volt systems
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
