The position: RN MDS COORDINATOR is a detail orientated clinical professional, proficient in the RAI process and with a heart to serve our patients, residents, and Veterans.

Applicants should have:

  • PCC experience
  • Strong competitive drive and stong understanding of Quality measures
  • Care plan focused resident care centered
  • A current and valid Texas RN license or a current and valid RN license from a Compact Party State.
  • Familiar with Reimbursement system of Medicare, Medicaid & Case Management
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, both clinical and financial as it relates to the RAI process and reimbursement systems
  • Knowledge of the clinical software billing system and the MDS process.
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems (WORD, Excel, EHR system, etc.)
