A day in the life.

As our Safety and Loss Consultant, you’ll provide quality risk consulting services to clients from a safety and compliance perspective. Responsibilities include developing risk management strategies based on policy, system, and environment assessments. You will also provide client employee training, develop written policies and procedures, support client safety personnel, and keep current on federal guidelines and regulations. Services should help clients reduce exposure to loss, and ensure clients are in compliance with governmental agencies such as OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc. Position will support the sales team in prospecting and client retention.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 4+ years safety, compliance, loss prevention/control experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carrier loss control services, and governmental safety regulations.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• ARM, CRM, OHST, CSP or CIH certification.
