Position Summary
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a major role in building, growing, and optimizing an outbound sales strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and outstanding customer service skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for preserving and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be a reliable professional who is able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must be able to effectively manage customer relationships and have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Cold Calling Potential clients
- Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. close/seamless) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
