As a Sales Account Manager at ShiftKey, you will foster long-term relationships with clients in your designated territory. You will sell service agreements, as well as support existing clients to meet their staffing goals through effective use of the platform and consultation. You must have excellent communication along with influencing skills and be customer service oriented! Your goal is to grow your territory and business by developing successful, long-term client relationships.
In this role you will...

Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer's needs and objectives

Negotiate pay with clients/facilities

Analyze and supervise customers’ usage of our platform

Work with clients to resolve issues in a timely manner

Build strong, long-lasting client relationships

Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth

This role starts with a base salary of $50,000/year + commission with high earning's potential.
