We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination of all sales and marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, events, and communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and execute various marketing campaigns and events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales reports
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor and report on competitors' marketing and sales activities
  • Manage social media platforms and content creation
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
