Our Sales Professionals are the face of the property, and the driving force behind its revenue. As the resident’s first impression, they have the ability to make a lasting impact and turn an initial lease signing into a long-term resident.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ability to overcome objections to close a sale
• Building relationships to increase resident retention
• Ability to meet monthly, weekly goals and sales targets
• Mastering our operational systems and processes for renewals, rentals and driving traffic
• Delivering excellent customer service to our residents
