Sales Engineer

Legacy Data Access is the leading turnkey archival solution for hospitals and health systems. At a fraction of the cost, providers are able to sunset legacy systems and mainframes quickly while maintaining full access and management of their retired data. With in-house expertise and experience archiving over 350 unique systems, LDA provides lifecycle solutions and consultation for any type of legacy healthcare data, including EHRs, revenue cycle, and mainframes.
LDA is the only archival solution to create proprietary new screens with similar orientation to previous systems, so healthcare organizations never have to convert data themselves, learn a new interface, or worry about data disruption.
Responsibilities / Job Requirements
- Expected to work with collaboratively customers, partners, sales team peers and company management to achieve revenue targets
- Provide Demonstration support
- Travel a needed for large opportunities
- Development of Webinar content
- Delivery of Webinars, Podcasts and other business promotions
- Help generate consultative information to be turned into content for LinkedIn and Marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Ideally from a Health System, secondarily background with Healthcare IT vendor (but with some Provider experience)
- Knowledge of and experience with Hospital IT decision making
- Understands outsourcing for Health Systems in the IT setting
- Strong understanding of Healthcare software applications cost and understanding of data costs
- Experience with software budgeting within Health Systems
- Understands risk factors for a Health system that is maintaining old data and old hardware
- Understands security risks to a Health system of old data and working with a third party vendor for data storage
- Outstanding communication skills - internal and customer facing (can teach sales / account management skills)
- Exhibits consultative behaviors when addressing challenges
- Individual who is self-motivated and excited by being very important in a smaller organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideally has been part of a system conversion
- Ideally has experience with Epic or Cerner
- Influencer in HIMSS or a geography
- Active in Networking organizations
- Willing to help with sales references not in their previous organization
- SME Experience
- Speaking experience
