WebCargo digitizes global freight sales for over 2,000 of the world’s largest logistics providers and carriers. Or, in plain English, we help move the world, offering incredible technology that powers almost a third of the global air cargo market.

We’re not alone either. WebCargo is a proud part of the Freightos Group, a logistics technology company that aims to make global trade frictionless. Turns out it’s kind of a big deal. As one of the largest tech platforms for a huge industry (the phone or computer you’re reading this on was, after all shipped), we’ve been crushing it with double-digit growth, year after year.

Since we aim for the sky (air freight tech company and all…), we’re now bringing all air cargo bookings online with eBookings, creating the world’s largest live air freight platform with companies like United Airlines, Air France, IAG, and many more.

And, if you haven’t guessed it by now, we need someone to help us sell. Really, really well.

As a Sales Executive of eBookings, you will lead the global transformation of the industry, introducing them to a radically faster way to book freight. Remember the first time someone showed you an iPhone? It’s like that, but every day. Doing this well includes:

  • As a tech company, numbers are everything. You will have a goal of monthly eBookings to facilitate.
  • Since not all companies are created equal, you’ll help establish a framework for prioritizing customer engagement ...and then make it happen.
  • How? With digital, phone, and, yes, in-person meetings that show people just how incredible eBookings can be. Maybe you’ll even give them a sticker.
  • Sometimes a handshake just isn’t enough. Together with an operational lead, you’ll follow up and support customers until they wake up in the middle of the night talking about eBookings.
  • Like doing things at scale? So do we. You’ll help organize group events across customers and prospects to gather several customers together and promote eBookings.
  • Think of any other commercial strategy that can help boost the number of eBookings.

Requirements:

Basic Requirements

  • You have to talk the talk. Which means you need to be a fluent English speaker.
  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in either, giving support, training, upselling to existing customers, or finding new customers.
  • Very capable to sell on the phone
  • Great training and communication skills to be able to help new users understand the platform, and help them adopt a new way of booking freight.
  • Capacity to meet targets
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Speaking of colleagues, we love team players. Which team doesn’t?
  • Bringing an industry online is rarely a straight line from A to B. You don’t have to be an acrobat but you should be able to adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Occasional travel to visit customers as per business needs.
  • Location: Remote from the US in any city in the North East area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or similar
  • Knowledge of the air cargo industry, or experience in an online transactional business company (meaning a tech company whose revenue is coming from price per online transaction)
  • Experience at global companies.
