Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information
• Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on customer needs
• Provide expert professional support to our agents as they continue to grow their business
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly

Qualifications:

• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused office
• Prior experience with phone-based or in-person customer service, ideally with a sales component
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to actively listen
• A courteous and professional demeanor
• Expert attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Multi tasking skills

Licensing and Job Requirements:

• Having an insurance license is not required but must be willing to get licensed
• Insurance background preferred
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required

Special Consideration:

• Prior experience with insurance or is licensed
• Candidates who are bilingual in (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog or Hindi)
• An associate's or bachelor's degree will serve as a solid foundation as you continue to learn new concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
