Long Home Products a leader in the Home Improvement industry is currently seeking a Window Sales Manager to drive sales through developing and leading a team in our Mid-Atlantic office. Job Description:
The Window Sales Manager will hire, train, manage, go on sales calls, and provide the necessary sales reports to leadership. The Sales Manager will work to instill the Long Home Products culture with our sales team to provide a healthy competitive atmosphere for sales success.
Essential Functions:
Directly oversee, manage, and drive performance of the Window Sales team to achieve team and individual sales targets
Proactively identify areas for business growth
Provide leadership, training, and weekly coaching to develop the sales team, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and ride-alongs
Recommend and integrate best practices into our sales and estimating processes
Track and analyze sales metrics and pending business to drive performance and customer satisfaction
Provide the necessary Sales and Activity Reports to the Leadership Team
Conduct performance feedback sessions and a formal performance review annually; take appropriate corrective action when necessary
Resolve all escalated customer concerns in a timely manner and monitor the progress of jobs to ensure timely installation to ensure world class client service
Instill the values, commitment and culture of the company
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years Home Improvement Sales experience
Window Sales experience required
Sales management experience a plus
Ability to establish and maintain client relationships
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
