About the Opportunity
PDS–Twin Cities is looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual interested in joining our team as a Sales Representative for Residential Garage Doors & Operators. If you are looking for your next opportunity in a sales capacity, with unlimited earning potential, then this is the opportunity for you.
As a Sales Representative for PDS–Twin Cities, you will be an important member of our team. Our work environment is fast paced and energetic, and you will be surrounded by people who take pride in what they do. Your duties will include traveling daily throughout the Twin Cities Metro area, including Western Wisconsin, providing in-home estimates for new and replacement Garage Doors. You will accurately measure each job for proper installation, follow up with estimates you have already completed, and contact new garage door leads generated by our website and online door designer.
Work Schedule:
After your initial training period this job will be five (5) days per week and may include working an occasional Saturday.
PDS – Twin Cities Responsibilities
- We provide the scheduled appointments. Leads are booked by our scheduling center for customers that have a real need to replace, service, install, or repair their garage doors and operators.
- We provide paid training and all the support needed to excel in this great sales job.

Your Qualifications and Responsibilities
- One (1) or more years of successful Sales or Service experience in the Residential Garage Door industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An exceptional work ethic and personal integrity.
- An ambitious, results oriented, personal drive with an unwavering commitment to high quality standards & ethics.
- Ability to deliver a superior customer experience and follow through.
- Ability to effectively manage time, maximize efficiency, meet challenging work goals, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
- Ability to correctly measure doors, ceiling clearance, etc.
- Ability to pass drug screening and a background check.
- High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
Benefits & Perks:
- Highly Competitive Base salary of $750 per week, plus Commission.
- Potential Compensation to exceed $55,000 - $80,000+ annually.
