Job description
We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator with a logistics focus to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring that our clients' logistics needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting our sales team with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales documents
- Coordinating with our transportation and operations teams to ensure that client shipments are delivered on time and within budget
- Providing regular updates to clients on the status of their shipments and resolving any issues that arise
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including setting up their accounts and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
