Sr. Salesforce Administrator – 100% Remote


Rogers Behavioral Health is embarking on a large-scale digital transformation initiative which includes migrating to Salesforce as a unified CRM platform to support workflows for our Admissions and Outreach departments. Salesforce will also be supporting workflows for the Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation, which secures funding and provides financial support to advance treatment, education, advocacy, and research on behalf of people with mental health or addiction challenges.

Position Summary:


The Sr. Salesforce Administrator utilizes expert-level domain knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools to lead in the design and implementation of technology solutions for the Salesforce development team. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will work to optimize existing performance, plan, and facilitate upgrade activities, and implement new functionality within the Salesforce application. They will drive positive end user experience through training and technical support.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for declarative configurations and custom code development
  • Trains development team in salesforce configuration and maintenance
  • Leads the design and implementation of Salesforce technology solutions
  • Collaborates with implementation consultants, subject matter experts, project managers, and product owners in the Admissions/Patient Access, Outreach, and Foundation departmental workflows
  • Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Salesforce
  • Provides design guidance for CRM projects
  • Manages change requests from stakeholders and communicates priorities
  • Provides tier 3 escalation support for complex issues
  • Monitors key performance metrics to drive continuous process improvement and communicates progress to leadership
  • Supports end user workflows and documents best practices within assigned application systems
  • Responsible for agile development approaches with IT team
  • Participates in daily scrum meetings, including facilitating meetings as a scrum master

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, software development, information technology, information systems or related field is required
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required
  • Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer l certifications are preferred
  • 2+ years of experience developing Apex code is preferred, particularly for data integrations including triggers, REST and SOAP API’s.
  • 5+ years of administrator experience in developing CRM solutions is required, preferably within Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Declarative development experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) preferred
  • Experience working with Asana project management software is preferred
  • Healthcare operations, healthcare admissions, or call center experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Agile methodology or other lean methodology
  • Operational knowledge of healthcare admissions workflows is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
