Syzygy Tile consists of one small-town factory located in Silver City, NM. Syzygy Tile is sold in over 100 locations and ships internationally.

Syzygy looks for individuals interested in working in a fast paced, creative environment with a diverse team of hard working ceramic tile artisans to produce a truly unique product.

A successful samples department team member is detail oriented, skilled at working with their hands and is thoughtful and deliberate in their work. Samples department members are part of a dynamic, innovative and hard working team of self-motivated individuals.

Samples department members use a variety of tools and techniques to assemble tile mosaics of varying colors and sizes, tape/glue/grout design boards for showrooms and review sample orders from across the country.

A Samples Department team member:

· Can lift 50 lbs.

· Works well independently and on a team

· Is organized and attentive with tasks

· Confident with basic mathematics

A samples department team member must be able to retain information and multitask throughout the day with various assignments.

High school diploma or other work/life experience that is relevant to the job requirements. All tasks are on the job training, no experience required. Background/interest in ceramics, handmade products and/or art/design is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12/hr starting wage
