Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

Pro-Spec Painting Corporation is seeking experienced Sandblasters and Painters to join our team for projects in Camden and Gloucester County, New Jersey. We are looking for dedicated professionals with experience in surface preparation using sandblast equipment and power tools, as well as mixing and applying epoxy coatings by brush, roll, and spray.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation on steel substrates using sandblast equipment and power tools
• Mix and apply epoxy coatings using brush, roll, and spray techniques
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and organized manner
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure professional conduct, appearance, and presentation
• Report to the job site every day with the required hand tools
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion on time and to client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sandblasting and painting, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and epoxy coating application methods
• Ability to use sandblast equipment and power tools safely and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Professional conduct, appearance, and presentation
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Must possess necessary hand tools for the job
