We are seeking a dedicated data manager to enhance our healthcare team of innovative leaders.

Job Summary: This is a Full Time, limited duration position. Normal work hours are Weekdays 8:30 to 5.

Department Description: Santiam Disaster Services helps support the recovery of the households that were impacted by the 2020 Beechie Creek Wildfires. We currently provide advocacy and disaster case management for over 200 households.

Responsibilities: Process disbursements as identified by the Disaster Case Manager(s).

Prepare SCWRF checks/credit card payments, as approved, and notify requester.

Liaison between SCWRF and CFO for financial coordination. Data entry into Smart Sheets and Vision Link recording approved disbursements. Create financial forms and instruction procedures for Disaster Case Management Program. Attend staff meetings. Preparation of internal/external audits, providing reconciliation and process improvement, if warranted. Manage implementation of process change as required. Data entry of Flex Funds and other sources of grants received. Point of contact for new Grant applications content details, as needed. Attend monthly SCWRF Advisory Committee meetings. Support Unmet Needs Committee providing funding summaries and documentation support for requests. Reconciliation of gift-in-kind items as issued for immediate needs. Modify and create Smart Sheets as needed.

Qualifications/Education/Requirements: Candidate must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and be proficient at data management and data tracking. Candidate must have experience with financial budgeting and reconciliation.
