Description:
- SAP business rule framework plus offers you a web-based workbench in which you can configure rules and therefore map your business processes.
- To enable this, we deliver new features for amendments, taxpayer overview, tax returns with table forms, consolidated tax returns, BI extractors, and master data relationships as well as new Enterprise Services to process form bundles.
- Candidate Will have experience and understanding of the below features:
- Amended Tax Returns Amendments to earlier returns can be necessary for various reasons: for example, the taxpayer (or the tax officer) wants to correct an error or claims a more advantageous filing. In the standard delivery, a tax return is identified as an amended tax return, if a tax assessment has already been created for this tax return. We deliver a framework that customers can use to configure amendment actions. These actions control which changes are allowed for a tax return. For example, tax officers can change the header data, void tax returns, or straight a tax return to zero. All actions have authorization control and can trigger the reevaluation of all existing accounting documents, including interest, penalties and existing payments.
- Taxpayer Overview the Taxpayer Overview offers a holistic overview of the all taxpayer-related information, such as filed tax returns and other tax forms, account balances, and interactions. From the overview, the tax officer can trigger follow-up activities such as amending tax returns.
- Master Data Relationships You can use this feature to create and maintain relationships between taxpayers based on additional attributes, such as revenue types. Its flexibility means you can use it to set up and use business partner and contract object relationships that reflect different types of relationship, such as the following:
- Joint filing
- Consolidation
- Succession
- Tax advisor
- Consolidation **We offer functions to support consolidated tax registration, filing, and processing. If an organization consists of several subsidiaries, consolidated filing allows you to submit only one tax return and thus saves time and effort for both the taxpayer and the tax office. The administrator of an organization can serve as the consolidator, who holds the filing obligation and tax liability for a group of taxpayers that has opted for consolidated filing. The consolidation process is built mainly on two technical components: the Form Processing Framework and master data relationships. Form processing rules use stored master data relationships.
- Table Forms **You use table forms for tax types with aggregated data (values) on the cover sheet that are declared based on individual line items in schedules (for example, Withholding Taxes).
- BI Extractors SAP offers new Data Sources that allow customers to use the extracted data to analyze tax return data.
- New Service Interfaces for Enterprise Services **for the Tax Submission Processing process component we offer the following new business objects and corresponding services that you can use to read or maintain the respective tax-related data.

- Tax Submission
- Additionally, SAP has enhanced the Tax Object business object in process component Tax Obligation Management by a new service to identify the tax-relevant attributes of a tax object. - Migration **Understanding of the migration process for customers who wish to implement a form-based process for tax returns that were created without the form processing framework. In doing so, customers not only get enhanced functionality of the form processing framework, but also have the same look and feel for all their form-based processes.
Requirements:
- The resource needed will be a FI, Tax expert that has used the BRF+ tool to create and complete tasks in complex Tax withholding environments.
- Understanding and experience using this business function to further increase efficiency of tax collecting processes and thus reduce the gap between the amount of tax that taxpayers should pay and the amount that is paid/declared accurately and on time.
