If you feel like you can:

• Answer a high volume of calls for paratransit passenger inquiries about transportation services, fares, and Agency programs.

• Assist customers with service requests, reservations, cancellations, complaints and various trip related issues.

• Verify and update passenger identification, address, location and special comments in computer system.

• Ensure on-time performance through the use of computer software and interaction with management personnel.

• Enhance and refine schedules for customers and drivers to ensure the most efficient routing and use of the service, allowing for increased service and productivity.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and driver information
