Ridgeway Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking applicants for a FT (64 – 80 hours/bi-weekly) Scheduler/Resident Assistant.

Applicants must be VERY FLEXIBLE, available & willing to work day, evening and overnight hours, including some regularly scheduled shifts each pay period. In addition to providing hands-on care and housekeeping duties, you will work closely with program management to coordinate the duties and schedules of the Resident Assistant staff, order supplies, and other related duties. This position will require a rotating on-call schedule.

Pay rate: $22 - $25+/ hour, depending on units scheduled.

Previous experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!

In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

All employees must pass a criminal background study as determined solely by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
