We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team of professionals in the Springtime School, Potential's private school for individuals with Autism. Paraprofessionals* at the Springtime School help students with Autism reach their full potential by focusing on academic, behavioral, and functional skills.

Experienced Paraprofessionals, Behavior Technicians, AND those new to the field are encouraged to apply. We provide 2 weeks of paid training that will prepare you to work with clients and to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Work with children of all ages (6 - 21) and needs
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs with high integrity
  • Maintain client safety and confidentiality
  • Complete service logs
  • Collect Data

Job Requirements*

  • High School diploma required
  • Must be able to keep up with active children
  • Must be available for training (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, in-person in Newtown and Warminster, PA)
  • Pass mandatory background checks
  • Take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam after completing training
