BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST
(Multiple Positions Available)

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Under the general supervision of the Public Health Administrator of Henry/Stark Health Department in collaboration with North Central Behavioral Health Systems, Inc., the Integrated Care School Based Therapist provides intervention within the school systems to youth identified by the school-based team. Completes assessment and treatment planning and attend IEPs as needed. Provides both individual and group therapy within the school setting, office or community-based locations.

Immediate positions available for the following school districts:

· Kewanee CUSD 229

· Stark County CUSD 100

· Wethersfield CUSD 230

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment and proficient with electronic health record and computer programs.

· Requires Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy

· Preferred LCSW/LCPC

· Prefer experience working in school setting or with youth
