Established screen printing company in in Harford county, MD is searching for an experienced screen printer to work closely with operations Manager in our air conditioned climate controlled print shop.

The primary responsibility of the position is to operate automatic M&R presses.

Three to five years screen printing experience in the textile industry is preferred.

Job duties include but not limited to printing out films, screen preparation (reclaiming, coating, exposing), Screen Printing on a automatic and manual presses, mixing ink, staging jobs, receiving & quality control of orders. Setting up a print job, Ensuring print colors are registered, Running the job & maintaining print quality, Breaking down the press after completion & Documenting print details for repeat orders

Work well with others and work closely with operations manager to ensure deadlines are met.

Be self motivated and an independent worker

Be a reliable, professional individual

Be able to work in a fast paced environment as a team player

Demonstrate attention to detail

Must be able to work full time, including over time

Must have reliable transportation

Starting wage is based on experience.

Day Shift Monday - Friday. Some OT may be required depending on shop/work capacity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour
