Elign Consulting is hiring a Scrum Master.

Job Description:

· Be a servant leader to the scrum team

o Facilitate agile meetings/ceremonies for teams. Ensuring purposes are met, effectively and efficiently

o Address any concerns

o Clear any blockers

· Coach agile best practices to scrum team

· Continuously ensure agile best practices are being followed

· As required, work with leadership to re-enforce and teach agile best practice

· Be relentless. Always driving team to improve culture, processes and delivery

o Communicate changes in process, intended goals, timelines and results

· Radiate information from scrum team to product stakeholders (Product Owner, Project Managers, and Leadership)

o Risks to project milestones

o Changes in scope/estimates which affect delivery

· Escalate product risks, issues and blockers at sprint level

· Communicate team velocity

· Create and communicate metrics

· Support Product Owners. Ensuring team clearly understands:

o Product Vision

o Product Roadmap

o Release Plan

o Sprint Objectives

· Ensure team is always aligned with product/sprint goals

· Act as owner for Azure Boards, ensuring team and stakeholders have proper knowledge and are getting appropriate value from the tool

· Be a student of multiple agile frameworks, methodologies and approaches

· Collaborate with other agile coaches to create a learning/teaching environment

· Sprint level metrics.

· Delivered in Azure dashboard and communicated to all project stakeholders.

· Azure boards are up to date

· Risks/Issues updated via project metrics document and communicated according to PM communication plan
