Job description

1. Ensure that the Product Owner and Scrum Team are adhering to the Scrum Process. 2. Coach and mentor the Scrum Team regarding the scrum process and applicable governance processes. 3. Facilitate the Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings and any other meetings as necessary. 4. Protect the Scrum team from outside distractions and influences. 5. Guide the Product Owner in the maintenance of the Backlogs. 6. Remove roadblocks identified by the team and coach the scrum team on removing roadblocks. 7. Able to resolve conflicts internally to the team, as well as external contradictory priorities that would impact the team. 8. Work with other Scrum Masters to identify any inter-project overlaps, dependencies, conflicts, or impediments that may impact the teams’ ability to complete the work. 9. Escalate blockers and dependencies as needed to move spring and PI commitments forward. 10. Adhere to agreed upon SAFe standards and work with LACE as appropriate on continuous improvement process Additional scrum master resource to work on Core Conversion project. - May look to have them work with business lines/BA to create detailed stories - Strong communication skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Scrum: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
