Roc Search partnered with is healthcare client that helps create reliable IT and software solutions for VA clinics around the US.
They’re in the middle of a big growth phase across multiple Scrum teams and are looking for a couple of Scrum Masters to join this project.

Essential Skills Include:
· Bachelor's and 5+ years of experience
· Strong experience with Scrum Master duties
· CSM, PSM, or other related certifications
Bonus Skills Include:
· Technical/Software teams, long-term projects, and work with multiple teams
· Surface level understanding of Project Management principles
Location – 100% Remote
Duration – 6 month contract-to-hire (very high likelihood for conversion/extension
Hourly Rate - $50-65/hr depending on experience
