Matheson is looking for experienced Seasonal Corporate Recruiters in Atlanta, GA for our Flight Extenders division during our PEAK season.

• The Flight Extenders division recruits mostly Material Handlers for our air operations. This is high-volume recruitment.

Position Details: As a Seasonal Corporate Recruiter, you will source, interview, and screen applicants to fill job openings while maintaining current knowledge of company hiring criteria. You will be expected to interview, gather, and analyze information skillfully to obtain a complete application and pre-qualify applicants. You will inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, pay, and special opportunities. Successful candidates will develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with hiring managers.

Compensation: Competitive

Schedule/Location:

• Travel may be required due to training and operational demand.

• Position may be remote or a hybrid schedule depending on your location and operational demand.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Have time management skills

• Ability to pass all pre-employment screening assessments

• Ability to multi-task

Education/Experience: 1-3 years of transportation or logistics recruitment.
