This is a seasonal position in our Brainerd office, where we answer phones and receive correspondence for all of our branches, as well as for our sister company, Neumann Construction. In this position, you will schedule appointments for sales staff from multiple lead sources, answer inquiries through multiple channels, and follow up with clients regarding project scheduling and project completion . This position requires cross training in other areas such as billing and general knowledge of roofing and gutter installation/operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use company-wide CRM and job tracking software to manage calls, leads, clients, and appointments.
• Use established guidelines and scripts to effectively communicate with potential and current clients.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule estimates and service work.
• Answer phones and assist callers with any questions or concerns.
• Respond promptly to emails and messages.
• Make pre-job scheduling and post-job follow-up calls to clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to type professional correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to clients and other employees of the organization.

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with great accuracy and efficiency. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must be able to type proficiently, and have basic computer skills (preferred experience using Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Must be able to learn new programs and software quickly.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Must be able to effectively balance an array of tasks.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-based work environment.
• Must possess and project a positive energy within the workplace and over the phone.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
