SUMMARY Supervises Pool, Beach, and other restaurant operations. Works with guests in a hospitable and professional manner. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of mentioned areas. The Pool Supervisor is responsible for preparing and organizing events and performs administrative duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Supervise several people in many areas at one time.
- Keep all activities and areas running smoothly.
- Keep equipment and facilities clean and in good working condition.
- Cleans pool and check chemicals.
- Ability to work all areas to relieve others for breaks.
- Perform administrative duties such as, scheduling, payroll adjustments, summary reports, tickets, pool tracking, chemical and maintenance logs, ordering supplies, and associate discipline.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Regular and prompt attendance as well as the ability to work the schedule as defined and overtime as required. Any problems punching in or out must be reported to your supervisor immediately.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises up to 25 associates at one time. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
