The Opportunity

Join us as part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team supporting hourly hiring for our three Ohio based distribution centers! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work on scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and other hiring process tasks for our high volume distribution/fulfillment center.

Who We Are

In this position, you will manage multiple tasks, balancing a high volume of interviews and ensuring data integrity in the ATS (Workday). You will also respond to inquiries from candidates, team members, and business unit managers. Proactively identify issues/concerns that arise in the hire process and work with leader for timely resolution.

Your Impact

• Participate in selection processes (application screenings, interviews, onsite paperwork and drug screen appointments) as appropriate, and according to market practice
• Schedule candidates for onsite/phone interviews
• Leverage the company’s TA technologies (Workday, etc.) to manage requisitions, candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments
• Provide a realistic job preview to qualified applicants
• Provide regular status updates to Leader and assist in developing sourcing and recruiting strategies

What You Bring

• High level of organizational ability under tight deadlines
• Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment (call center/distribution center) is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify potential issues and escalate as appropriate and/or recommend solution
• Technically savvy – able to best utilize appropriate systems, reporting tools, and support services.
