We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who works well with others. Clear speech and neat handwriting is important. Good time management skills are good to have to handle incoming calls and customers.

The job includes answering phones, setting appointments, making calls, speaking with suppliers, general upkeep in office appearance, basic sales, and customer interaction.

Prior receptionist experience is preferred but not required.

This is a non-smoking, no cell phone environment.

Our store hours during the week are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Weekdays are usually divided into a morning and afternoon shift. Morning shift is from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and the afternoon shift is from 2:30 pm to 6 pm.

We are currently looking for someone to work some mornings, afternoons, and alternating Saturday shifts. Saturdays are a necessity, but will be alternated. Afternoon shift is subject to start earlier with advanced notice when needed but hours stay pretty consistent otherwise.
