As the Securities Processing Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day functional responsibilities within the Securities Processing Operations team and inter-team collaboration. The Securities Processing Senior Analyst performs all routine and complex functions and handles exception processing as appropriate within guidelines defined by department procedures.

• Prioritize and identify operational risks and “red flags,” and to communicate with staff, senior management, and clients
• Process adjustments to clients’ accounts, internal accounts, and vault inventory file
• Review exception conditions with the team lead to determine appropriate courses of action
• Control usage of draft SCLs and client medallions
• Prepare departmental statistical reports
• Assist management on routine automation/product development functions and in system testing as needed
• Complete the operational processes by following documented procedures and job aides, and make suggestions on improving process and efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc, resiliency and contingency tasks with supervision

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
