- Assist in developing and maintaining security metrics/KPIs and related reporting mechanisms across the InfoSec team.
- Collaborate with other team members to collect metrics.
- Follow up on security tickets with stakeholders to ensure they meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes within the Information Security team.
- Provide program and/or project management support for major security initiatives.
- Assess, measure, and report outcomes of security initiatives and key processes to leadership.
- Maintain team wiki to keep documentation updated and relevant.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information / Cyber Security, Finance, Economics, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent amount of business experience
- 0 - 1+ years of experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communications skills; proven ability to function independently and with limited direction to drive change at all levels of a fast-paced, dynamic technology company
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management experience with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines a plus
