Global Security Corporation is hiring a highly skilled Security Site Manager in Southaven, Mississippi.

Duties:

• Supervise the day-to-day security operations at Client’s site.
• Lead and manage a team of security officers and supervisors.
• Recruitment and hiring of new security officers to ensure 100% staffing requirements are met
• Manage the scheduling and payroll submission duties at the site
• Understand and enforce Company’s Handbook
• All other duties and responsibilities as required by the client and Company

Qualifications

• Previous Account Management, law enforcement, military experience preferred
• Four-year college degree preferred
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a team of employees, and client requirements on an ongoing basis
• Previous scheduling experience preferred
• Knowledge and skill with computer programs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
