Senior Audit Associate

Woburn, MA (Hybrid or Remote)

You’ll be joining a firm where you’ll have a clear route of progression. This isn’t just talk either. The Managing Partner started as an Intern and worked his way up through the Firm. These guys have been established in Boston for over 50 years and have a very low staff turnover. And the growth of the firm (from 50 in 2012 to 130 now), means there are plenty of progression opportunities.

The hours aren’t close to what you’ll be working in a Top 10 firm. Non busy season is 35 hours and you can take every Friday off in the summer. Busy season you’re looking at 55 hours.

You’ll be a key part of the Audit team in Boston. You’ll be preparing audit reports and financial statements. You’ll also get the chance to mentor and develop associates in the team. You’ll be given the opportunity to build relationships and engage with your clients, supporting and advising them on issues when they arise.

Working for a mid-sized firm you’ll get the chance to work with a broad range of clients and be involved in all parts of the audit process. The role would suit someone who wants a long- term career in Public, or it could be a great stepping stone for you to move into a Private role in the future.
