Summary:
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in overall healthcare and hospital operations, specifically in the areas of Purchased Services/Indirect Spend/Non-Clinical spend, and your relationship-building skills to support and deliver on various cost-reducing savings strategies for our members and clients located in the Indiana/Ohio region. You will conduct various analytic activities to generate strategic insight and identify opportunities to drive performance and quality improvement, implement solutions and deliver cost savings.
Responsibilities:

Learn the business of Advisory Solutions and have existing knowledge of Purchased Services categories

Deliver successful consulting engagements, either alone or as part of a consulting team.

Lead consulting engagements and maintain knowledge of Advisory Solution practices, delivery and client value characteristics.

Manage resources assigned to specific projects, proactively identifying potential issues and presenting viable solutions to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.

Respond to client requests for ad hoc data analysis, strategy determination and/or coaching.

Develop, execute, and track project plans and savings implementations.

Facilitate client meetings and discussions.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree in Health Care Administration is a plus.

5 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience within Purchased Services (contracting, implementation, and/or operations), and/or hospital management/operations strongly preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to C-suite/executive audiences, VPs, Directors and end-users.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, legal contracts and documents.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to define, plan and lead projects forward.

Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.

Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$88,900.00 - $132,250.00
