Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8am–5 pm | Salary: $90,000 a year
A management consulting company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team. Assist with high-level professional HR Generalist activities. Responsibilities include full life cycle recruiting, employee relations, retention strategy, benefits and compensation, strategy day-to-day, vendor relations, training, key HR project work, and administration process support. If you have wonderful flexibility and adaptability skills, this position is for you.
Senior Human Resources Generalist’s Responsibilities
- Manage new employee screenings/background checks and maintain all employees’ personal records
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
- Lead internal investigations if needed and recommend corrective action.
- Conduct training within the FNA group
- Support entities with their HR needs aligned with training, employee relations, and compliance
- Oversee recruiting, testing, and selection process to fill vacant positions within time to fill goals
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- 5-7 years of experience in human resources
- Must be able to use a variety of tools and equipment such as a computer terminal for data input, copy machines, calculator, etc.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
