You Will:
- Manage and oversee Form Operations, including licensing and end-to-end digitization, to support the successful launch and maintenance of the Compass Documents product.
- Manage the Glide business, including responsibility of the P&L and other general operations.
- Gather localized transaction requirements from real estate agents, attorneys, industry groups and other stakeholders around the US.
- Develop partnerships with our real estate teams nationwide, including establishing ongoing requirements and strengthening relationships with agents and brokerages as we continue to develop and iterate on our Documents strategy.
- Translate requirements into clearly defined policies and procedures for theProduct and Form Operations teams to follow.
- Define resourcing requirements, and hiring and training strategies for non-technical staff members needed to serve new markets.
- Work together with our analytics team to deploy comprehensive instrumentation to track progress and updates to Documents.
- Identify efficiency bottlenecks and collaborate with Glide’s product and engineering teams to deploy automation and tooling to solve them.
- Oversee quality assurance surrounding Glide’s form filling solutions.
- Setup feedback loops with end users to maintain and continuously improve product quality.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Operations or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of direct management experience
- Demonstrated track record leading geographic and/or customer expansion for a technology company
- Business Development experience a plus
The base pay range for this position is $164,000-$245,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as an additional part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
