BEING AN SENIOR MARKETING & RESEARCH ANALYST AT SMB GIVES YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Optimize use and effectiveness of the MCIF system or DW for research, measurement, business development and planning purposes; analyzing data to verify and understand result for accurate reliance by management and business areas. As the MCIF system owner, maintain system for accuracy in research and reporting.
- Measure, analyze and report results of marketing activities, digital marketing efforts, campaigns or promotions and providing recommendations to improve performance.
- Responsible for executing direct mail and email efforts to acquire new members, or cross-sell to existing member's effectively targeting appropriate demographic segments or markets, generating results.
- Provide dedicated marketing support to assigned business areas or projects as determined by the marketing director. Successfully achieve objectives as measured by business area feedback.
- Manage the web site for optimal user experience, provide content strategy and guiding site architecture effective search engine optimization, provide timely insights on site usage and thorough oversight of hosting and development vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing required or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 -7 years' experience in a marketing setting with full project responsibility from concept development to execution. Experience in financial services setting desirable.
- Strong writing skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and strong project management skills.
- Experience in digital marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, or other web analytics tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Working knowledge of HTML, as well as Website Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks in a high paced environment is required.
- Working knowledge and experience in database marketing. MCIF experience is desirable.
- Understanding of marketing automation tools desirable
- Able to perform successfully with minimum supervision and effectively in a team environment.
- May require flexible schedule.
