Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their Federal Services/HMM Program contract which supports the Fleet. Our team plays a key part of the US Navy Ashore/Afloat activities with HAZMAT and CHRIMP support.

You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams which have been recognized by the U.S. Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.

In this role you will:

• Review and follow procedures for Ashore/Afloat support in partnership with US Navy civilian team members.
• Be familiar with a variety of US Navy Ashore/Afloat and HAZMAT management concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experience using the Navy's Finanacial Management System.
• Perform a variety of tasks under the Program Manager.
• Create, compile, and analyze data into a spreadsheet or database.

• Provide general sustainment support to field activities.

• Use various Navy Logistics and HAZMAT concepts, practices, and procedures including experience with utilizing the Navy’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

• Have experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Tableau, SAS, SQL, and Gov Designated Systems.

• Provide support for Metrics and data collection building into the Navy’s system of record.

• Have the ability to quickly analyze customer problems, identify possible courses of action, provide recommendations for customer consideration, and follow up with guidance if needed.

• United States citizenship
• Ability to obtain NACI clearance
• A high school diploma/GED
• A minimum of 3 years' related work experience
• Experience in DoD and/or Logistics/Inventory Management, US Navy HAZMAT management or equivalent experience
• Experience with Navy ERP (SME), Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Sharepoint, and Teams), Tableau, Oracle, and SAS
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
