Prevounce is an innovative startup focused on creating software applications and connected medical devices that empower medical professionals to provide better remote patient care. Our cloud platform and other products are trusted by leading clinicians, hospital groups and health insurance companies to reduce costs, increase revenue while driving better health outcomes for patients. We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our tight-knit but growing team.

We are looking for a passionate Senior .NET Software Developer to join our application development team. This position works directly under our Lead Developer to design, develop and maintain our core offering, the Prevounce Platform. This role is for a senior-level software engineer who will work closely with other senior developers, project managers and other in-house stakeholders to design and implement new product features to continuously improve and evolve our core products.

This position is remote and will need to work core business hours for the Eastern or Central time zone.

Responsibilities for this Role

• Work with other senior level developers to help design and implement product features.
• Participate and take ownership in advancing the architecture and technologies used to scale and improve our products.
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff about our software products, new features and our product roadmap.

Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years programming experience with .NET
• Good understanding of .NET frameworks.
• Well versed in the following: HTML, CSS3, AngularJS, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, SQL, REST based APIs
• A desire to learn and grow in a fast growing startup environment.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a closely related computer technical field or commensurate experience and training.

Good to Have

• Experience working in health technology, EMRs or medical EDI.
• Experience with AWS cloud tools such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.

Pay: $98,638.00 - $111,356.00 per year
