Full/Part-Time Job Description

Our well-established office in Sun City is seeking to add a qualified and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to our staff before the upcoming tax season. The ideal individual will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing individual, partnership, trust, and corporate tax returns. Some experience with Audits is helpful but not required. Having CPA license is also a plus, but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to engage with clients verbally and in writing
• Proficiency working with a computer and software
• Experience with CS Practice/Ultra Tax and Quickbooks a plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain tax prep priorities and meet tax deadlines
• Work with efficiency and at time under pressure
• Work flexible hours to meet tight deadlines
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Train on and adapt to different processes and methods

Monday-Friday (some weekends during tax season)

This position is NOT remote and requires the individual to be in the office.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
